Our priority at i-TransAct is to provide e-Payment and secure transaction software solutions to our customers according to their business requirements. Below is the variety of services you can expect from us.
Integrated Payment Gateway
For merchants who have an Internet-based storefront, iTransAct’s Integrated Payment Gateway (IPG) is the solution for a smooth business flow. It is a secure, browser-based interface that enables businesses to authorize, process and manage credit card transactions from any computer that has an Internet connection and a Web browser. Merchants can expect real-time online credit card authorization as the authorization requests sent by them are securely routed to the bank’s credit card processing host. The frauds generally associated with such kind of businesses can be prevented effectively as our gateway is built with support for Visa’s 3D Secure and MasterCard SPA/UCAF both at the front end as well as the back-end. Owing to its Open Systems Platform feature, the IPG can be readily ported to and deployed with existing banking systems. Merchant transactions presently being processed include multinational corporations, government agencies, general & non-general retail businesses. Our innovation provides our customers and partners with a wide range of eCommerce and mCommerce based payment solutions. To top it all, our customers can rely on us to support their 24x7x365 mission-critical online processing needs.
i-Merchant
iTransAct offers a hosted managed service called i-Merchant for eRetailers and businesses in eCommerce/mCommerce. Instead of a regular static website which shows the same information to every visitor, i-Merchant is a Persuasive Web Application. It means that it is a dynamic, context-aware application service that delivers the right message to the right customer at the right time, resulting in a compelling user experience. The needs of businesses and customers are addressed end-to-end as the portal streamlines online purchase right through to order fulfillment. Merchants are able to manage their inventories and delivery channels with the Portal over the Internet. That is to say that their inventories can be updated in real time. To add to the myriad benefits of the Portal, the payment process will be integrated with iTransact’s Integrated Payment Gateway (IPG).
MEPS Cash
i-TransAct is a 3rd Party Acquirer for MEPS Cash in Malaysia. MEPS Cash is an e-Purse application featured in MyKad. It is a flagship e-Government application that allows MyKad and Bankcard cardholders to load electronic monetary value into a chip. It made it a lot easier for consumers, merchants, retailers and businesses to carry out safe & secure e-Payment transactions. The money is stored and handled electronically, thus providing an audit trail for MEPS Cash transactions. It also eliminates the inconvenience of carrying large volumes of cash. MEPS Cash presently operates off-line which allows for speedier transactions.
