Randall Choo - Chief Executive Officer & Founder

iTransAct was founded by Randall in November 2001, and was established as an e-Payments and Transaction Security solutions provider for the financial services, oil/gas, retail automation and travel industries throughout the region. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario to his credit, and brings more than 20 years experience in IT management with cross-industry expertise. He has proven track record of developing strategic business & technical processes, and has been actively involved in formulating long-term strategies for the Group. He is also instrumental in overseeing iTransAct’s sales/marketing, product development & financial management activities.
Prior to iTranAct Randall was Chief Marketing Officer at Netlife (headquartered in Germany), an eCommerce solutions provider with a core competency in ePayments. He was Business Director at Thomson Electronics Settlements Group (a company of Thomson Financial Services) with a focus in securities settlements and Straight-Through-Processing.

Zainab Binti Janud - Head of Operations

Coming from a world class companies that includes Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Zainab brings with her more than 20 years of experience in leadership, Business Planning, and Customer Relationship. As ICT Head in iPerintis Sdn. Bhd., Zainab established a regional IT process that addresses compliance to service level performance standards on customer service request, change request and project deployment. While with Petronas, she participated as a member of the core management team in formulating strategies, goals/objectives, policies, plans and budgets. As the Head of Operations with us, Zainab leads the technical team in providing the company’s present and targeted customers with Systems Integration solutions, application software development and all aspects of operations management support services. She also plays a key role in the operations for the company’s Third Party Acquirer business. Her exhaustive experience translates into valuable inputs in formulating and implementing strategies to develop the organizational structure in terms of people and resource expertise for the Company’s information technology services businesses; and meet defined service deliverables, financial goals and product market penetration.

Fred Chong - Project Manager

As a Manager Projects in iTransact Technologies Sdn Bhd (iTransact), Fred Chong is a member of the core management team and plays an important role in formulating strategies, goals/objectives, policies, plans and budgets. Before his tenure with iTransact, he has worked for MBF Card Services Sdn. Bhd. (known as MBF Cards now) as e-Commerce Senior Manager since year 2000. In MBF, he was instrumental in initiating, evaluating and proposing a number of e-commerce projects, amongst them is the Visa 3D & MCI Secure Code (abbreviated 3DS Project) to enhance online security for the acquiring business. He had also been passionate in driving EMV Chip-based Loyalty and Business Intelligence programs to improve MBF Cards business operation. These represent some of his career milestones which prove beneficial in identifying customer needs, facilitating project development and fulfilling the all important pre and post sales and support services for iTransAct customers.

Bijit Biswas - Senior Solution Developer

Bijit has been in the IT industry for over 5 years gaining experience in design, development and support. He is a technical team leader and specializes in e-payments and transaction security processes. Since coming on-board in early 2005, he has been playing a key role in working closely with our key customers in terms of application software design, application software specifications, and application. As technical team leader he actively participates in our overall technical framework decisions, policies, processes and procedures for customer support and services to ensure effective and efficient application software management in line with industry’s best practices.
