Randall Choo - Chief Executive Officer & Founder

iTransAct was founded by Randall in November 2001, and was established as an e-Payments and Transaction Security solutions provider for the financial services, oil/gas, retail automation and travel industries throughout the region. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario to his credit, and brings more than 20 years experience in IT management with cross-industry expertise. He has a proven track record of developing strategic business & technical processes, and has been actively involved in formulating long-term strategies for the Group. Prior to iTranAct Randall was Chief Marketing Officer at Netlife (headquartered in Germany), an eCommerce solutions provider with a core competency in ePayments. He was Business Director at Thomson Electronics Settlements Group (a company of Thomson Financial Services) with a focus in securities settlements and Straight-Through-Processing.

Randall is instrumental in overseeing our strategic planning and executive management functions.

Naresh Kumar Reddy - Operations Head

Software architect with over 8+ years of experience specifically in B2B, Financial Services and Ecommerce. Naresh has successfully led complex projects with small and large teams covering various aspects of software development, process and methodology specially in the Rational Rose, AndroMDA and Visual PAradism and RAD. He also has extensive experience in Object-Oriented design and development, Java, J2EE, middleware and enterprise application architecture and implementation. Key projects include projects for American Express Bank specifically in J2EE Architect and expertise in SOA Architecture covering ESB, Messaging, Web Services as part of the Solutions Architecture Group. Key projects to highlight include the implementation of Web-based electronic banking systems based on a secure, distributed, n-tier, system built to handle a high number of concurrent users.

Naresh is tasked with working closely with our key and strategic partners across the all over regions in the world on all technical implementations that adds value to our technological and commercial paradigms.

Michael Liu - Director

Coming from world-class companies that includes Network Associates, Remedy, Silicon Graphics and Digital Equipment, Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Planning, and Customer Relationship with many major corporations throughout the Asia Pacific. He has a broad range of sales and management experience, ranging from defining strategic direction to restructuring business operations. Michael has proven experience in developing and expanding markets for enterprise solutions, packaged applications and hardware; and has built cohesive and functional multi-cultural teams across Asia-Pacific region.

Mike is instrumental to our expansion across key markets in the region.

Geoffrey Asesor- IT Head

Solutions-oriented IT Specialist with notable success in planning, analysis and implementing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives in direct support of business objectives. His expertise include project management, service delivery and service management implementations. He has over 15 years of experience in applications development and implementations in various business industries i.e. Telecommunication, Banking and Realty. His key strength is his hands-on experience leading all stages of system development efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture, testing, and support.
